Aston Hill terminates 2 corporate class funds

Aston Hill Asset Management is terminating the Aston Hill Energy Growth Class and Aston Hill Global Resource & Infrastructure Class, on or about March 30, 2016.

As a result, the funds will not accept subscriptions from new investors after 4:00 p.m. EST on January 29, 2016. And, subscriptions from existing investors will no longer be accepted after 4:00 p.m. EST on February 16, 2016.

Further, beginning immediately and until their ultimate closure, the funds will primarily hold cash or cash equivalent investments.
