BlackRock buying Mexican infrastructure investment firm

BlackRock has entered into an agreement to acquire Infraestructura Institucional, a Mexican infrastructure investment firm, for an undisclosed amount, reports Benefits Canada.

The projects Infraestructura Institucional invests in are in Mexico, and it has about US$1 billion of invested and committed capital.
