BluMont Capital Corporation has decided to terminate the Exemplar Global Opportunities Portfolio, effective June 29, 2012.

Due to the small asset size of the portfolio, the company has determined it’s no longer economically practical to continue its operation.

Prior to the fund’s termination, shareholders may redeem their shares of the portfolio immediately or participate in its wind-up and receive the net asset value of their shares. Investors remaining in the portfolio after close of business on the final redemption date will automatically have their shares redeemed for cash.

The portfolio is closed to any new purchases and has begun winding up its affairs and liquidating its assets. It will distribute shareholders’ remaining portion of the net assets after paying or providing for all liabilities and obligations of the portfolio, including any termination expenses.
