BMO changes mortgage rates

BMO Bank of Montreal has changed its residential mortgage rates, effective June 22, 2013.

The new rates are:

5 year Eco Smart fixed closed: 3.39% (+0.10%)

Fixed Rates:

3 year fixed closed: 3.75% (+0.10%)

5 year low rate fixed closed: 3.39% (+0.20%)
