Broadridge launches communication service

Broadridge Financial Solutions has launched an advisor-client communications service in Canada called Broadridge Fluent SM.

The system lets firms send marketing, transactional and regulatory information through e-delivery, company websites and digital mail.

Donna Bristow, vice-president of strategic product development and client management, cites the growing popularity of tablets and social media as the reason for the new service.
