Buffett raises stake in USG Corp.

Berkshire Hathaway has upped its stake in USG Corp. after converting called notes, reports The Wall Street Journal.

“According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday, Berkshire now has a 30.5% stake, or roughly 43.4 million shares, of the maker of Sheetrock-brand drywall and other building materials for commercial and residential construction,” the report explains.
