Equitable Bank launches high-interest savings account

Equitable Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Equitable Group, has added a high-interest savings account to its product suite.

The new account offers 1.50% per annum, and its rate is calculated daily and paid monthly. It charges no fees and is CDIC-eligible. Also, the account requires a $500 minimum investment and maximum investment of up to $2.5 million.
