Front Street and Sprott to co-advise funds

Front Street Capital and Sprott Asset Management have been appointed as co-investment advisors to each of the following funds (for a period of six months):

• Front Street Strategic Yield Fund Ltd.
• Flatiron Strategic Yield Ltd.
• Sprott Flatiron Yield Trust
• Flatiron Market Neutral LP

Concurrent with the appointment of FSIMI and Sprott as co-investment advisors to the funds, Flatiron Capital Management Partners will be terminated as the investment advisor to each of the funds.

It’s expected the portfolios underlying each of the funds will be co-managed by a team of portfolio managers from each of the two companies, and the team is expected to consist of Frank Mersch and Eric Dzuba from Front Street, and of John Wilson, Scott Colbourne and Michael Craig from Sprott.
