Howard Atkinson joins board of Hamilton Capital Partners

Toronto-based investment firm Hamilton Capital Partners has appointed Howard Atkinson to its board of directors.

Atkinson, the former president of Horizons ETFs Management (Canada), will join Robert Brooks, retired Scotiabank vice-chair and Group Treasurer, and current CPPIB member, as an independent director of Hamilton Capital.

Atkinson has spent 30 years in the investment industry, with executive positions at Mackenzie Financial Corporate, CI Funds, Barclays Global Investors Canada Ltd, Horizons ETFs and, currently, at Tax Matters for Dentists.
