Industrial Alliance completes subsidiary merger

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services, a Canadian and U.S. life and health insurance company, completed the merger of its B.C.-based subsidiary.

The former Industrial Alliance Pacific will continue to operate out of Vancouver under the Industrial Alliance banner, and will offer services in individual insurance, wealth management, creditor insurance and extended warranties, and special market risks.
