Inflation bonds not getting investor love

The fact that accommodative monetary policies of central banks haven’t yielded the desired effect of lifting inflation hasn’t gone unnoticed by investors.

Bond investors are showing little interest in inflation bonds, making it clear they don’t see inflation rising any time soon, reports FT.com.

On the contrary, experts fear current unemployment, anemic growth and substantial slack in the economy are signs more portentous of deflation than inflation.
