Investors look to Asia for yield

The Financial Times reports Asian markets are the destination of choice for many investors looking for yield.

“Many income-linked equities – such as commercial, business and real estate investment trusts – have risen sharply in recent months. Bloomberg’s Asia Reit index is up 14.1 per cent so far this year, compared with just 3.7 per cent for the MSCI Asia Pacific index,” the report explains.
