iShares expands smart beta lineup

iShares has launched a suite of iShares FactorSelect ETFs.

The five new funds being released all have management fees of 0.45%. The funds are:

• the iShares FactorSelect MSCI EAFE Index ETF, which starts trading today;
• the iShares FactorSelect MSCI USA Index ETF, which starts trading today;
• the iShares FactorSelect MSCI Canada Index ETF, which starts trading today; and
• the iShares FactorSelect MSCI USA Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) and iShares FactorSelect MSCI EAFE Index ETF (CAD-Hedged), which will start trading as of October 2, 2015.

Globally, iShares Smart Beta products have US$50 billion in assets under management, according to Investor Economics data from July 2015.
