Kehoe joins OSC

Jeff Kehoe has been appointed OSC enforcement director, effective October 11, 2016.

Kehoe has more than a decade of experience overseeing the Canadian capital markets as director and vice-president of enforcement at IIROC. He previously served as a crown attorney and as crown counsel.

“Jeff’s extensive career in securities enforcement, litigation and criminal law make him ideal for this key role,” says Maureen Jensen, OSC chair and CEO.

Kehoe chairs the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, a member of the Ontario Place Corporation, and currently serves on both private and public boards.
