Manulife lowers issue ages of two UL policies

Effective May 25, 2015, Manulife is lowering the minimum issue ages by 15 years on both of its level cost of insurance (COI) UL products.

The products affected are its Level Gold Investment Account and Level Client Investment Select. Going forward, the single issue ages of the policies are 30-years-old to 85-years-old, and the joint last-to-die issue ages are 40-years-old to 90-years-old.

The company is also increasing the tax-advantaged deposit room available for both its new and existing UL clients. Read more.
