Mutual fund dealers announce 2017 board

The Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers announced its board members for 2017.

The group, which represents mutual fund distribution in Canada, says its outgoing board members are Patti Best, who recently retired from Mackenzie Investments, Betty Jo Royce of Keybase Financial Group Inc., and Robert Smuk, formerly of fundserv.

The board for 2017 is:

• Mark Kent, Portfolio Strategies Corporation
• John Lutrin, HUB Financial & HUB Capital Inc.
