National Bank lowers residential mortgage rates

National Bank has adjusted its rates for residential mortgages.

The changes are effective as of July 18, 2012, and are as follows:

Fixed-rate closed term 6 months: Used to 4.45% and will now be 4%

Fixed-rate closed term 1 year: used to be 3.5% and will now be 3.1%

Fixed-rate closed term 2 years: used to be 3.55% and will now be 3.35%
