New managing director at Russell

Russell Investments Canada has appointed Joseph Gelley as managing director, Canada Institutional.

Gelley will lead a team that includes Bruce Curwood, director of investment strategy and Tom Lappalainen, senior consultant from Russell’s American Institutional business.
