New sub-advisor for Meritas U.S. equity fund

ClearBridge Investments is the new sub-advisor of the Meritas U.S. Equity Fund, says OceanRock Investments.

The fund’s management team and investment process won’t be affected since ClearBridge is a member of Legg Mason Global Asset Management; the fund’s former sub-advisor, Legg Mason Canada, was also tied to that company.
