Northern Financial CFO resigns

Investment dealer Northern Financial and Jaguar Financial, a merchant bank, have announced the resignation of Doug Chornoboy, the senior vice president and chief financial officer of both Toronto firms.

Chornoboy is leaving for a financial institution in British Columbia.

A new chief financial officer will be named in due course.
