OSC offers educational seminars for small biz

The Ontario Securities Commission has launched the OSC SME Institute, a series of tailored educational seminars geared toward small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The OSC will assist SMEs with market access, capital raising and cost-effective regulatory compliance.

SMEs form a significant portion of the Ontario market with approximately 36% of Canadian SMEs recorded as Ontario-based, representing 97% of Ontario-based businesses.
