The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking members for its Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee (CDAC).

The CDAC advises staff on a range of projects, including the planning, implementation and communication of its continuous disclosure review program, as well as related policy initiatives.

The committee also serves as a forum to advise OSC staff on emerging issues, and to critically assess procedures.

CDAC members meet about five times annually, serve two-year terms and are selected for extensive knowledge of continuous disclosure issues and strong interest in related policy.

The committee comprises 10 to 15 members and is currently chaired by OSC staff representative Sonny Randhawa, deputy director of the corporate finance branch.

Applications should be submitted by May 28, to Randhawa at srandhawa@osc.gov.on.ca.
