Liberty Interactive Corp. is acquiring Zulily Inc. in a cash-and-stock deal that’s valued at $2.4 billion, reports Reuters. Zulily is a website that hosts flash sales of clothing, primarily for women and children, adds Reuters. It notes Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. is one of that company’s shareholders.
