RBC is increasing two of its residential mortgage rate offers, effective August 21, 2012.

The changes are as follows: its five-year closed rate has been bumped up by 0.2% to 3.69%, and its three-year closed rate has been upped by 0.2% to 4.05%.

The bank says the above rates are exclusive discounted rates, and aren’t the posted rates of RBC.
