RBC Investor Services ranked number one overall in the latest Global Investor/ISF Beneficial Owners Survey.

RBC Investor Services is part of RBC Investor & Treasury Services, a specialist provider of custody, payments and treasury services for financial and other institutional investors worldwide.

In this year’s global survey, RBC Investor Services finished first in eight of the 12 service categories, helping to secure its number one position in the unweighted overall ranking.

Categories included:

• Collateral management
• Risk management
• Handling of corporate actions/dividends
• Settlement and responsiveness to recalls

The Global Investor/ISF survey gives asset owners the opportunity to rate custodial and agent lenders and is widely acknowledged as the leading survey in the securities lending industry.
