RBC scoops up Dexia Investor Services

Royal Bank of Canada is now the sole owner of RBC Dexia Investor Services, which will become RBC Investor Services.

“The industry fundamentals are very strong and this business is positioned for solid long-term growth,” says Jim Westlake, Group Head, International Banking and Insurance, RBC.

Earnings results for RBC Investor Services will be included within RBC’s International Banking segment, which also includes RBC’s Caribbean banking and U.S. cross-border banking businesses.
