Russell Investments, Investors Group make appointments

Global asset manager Russell Investments has appointed Gene Raffone as global chief human resources officer.

With the appointment, the asset manager aims to position the firm to grow in response to investor demands for outcome-oriented solutions.

Raffone has three decades of experience and joins Russell Investments from Navigant, a global professional services firm, where he served as vice-president, chief human capital officer, since 2013.

Investors Group has retained T. Rowe Price (Canada), Inc. as a new subadvisor for the IG T. Rowe Price U.S. Large Cap Equity Fund/Class.

Rowe Price, one of the largest asset management firms in the world, we continue to build on our commitment to deliver exceptional global investment management talent and expertise to our clients’ investment solutions,” says Jon Kilfoyle, senior vice-president at IG Investments, in a release.
