SBLR is merging with Richter, a Montreal-based accounting and financial services firm, effective January 1, 2013.

This merger enhances SBLR’s Toronto team with over 200 strategic advisors and experienced professionals in the Montreal office, 46 of whom are partners, says SBLR in a media release. The company’s Toronto office will now have the internal resources to provide a range of services that it was previously unable to offer directly to its clients.
