John Boehner, the speaker of the House of Representatives, says the resolution of U.S. deficit may lie in tax reform and a debate over next year’s budget, reports FT.com.

Boehner, who is opposed to any suggestions of tax increases as a solution to tackle the issue of deficit, admits there’s “no resolution at hand to end” $85 million sequestration cuts.
