TD adds to board of directors

TD Bank Group has announced the appointment of Colleen Goggins to its board of directors, bringing the total number of directors to 15.

Goggins was formerly the worldwide chair of the consumer group at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior appointments. From 2006 to 2009, Goggins was also named one of Fortune magazine’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business.

“Colleen’s senior executive and global brand management experience will enable her to be a real contributor to our Board,” says Brian Levitt, chairman of the board.
