TD AM announces portfolio adviser changes

TD Asset Management has announced portfolio adviser changes for the TD International Value Fund.

Effective on March 12, 2013, it will take over the portfolio adviser responsibilities of Alliance Bernstein Canada. The Fund will then be managed by Charles Edwardes-Ker, vice president and director of TD AM.

The bank doesn’t intend to change the investment strategies of the fund.
