TD AM to terminate Asian growth class

TD Asset Management, manager of the TD Mutual Funds, plans to terminate operations of the TD Asian Growth Class due to its low number of unitholders.

Effective on Thursday, the terminating fund is closed to additional purchases, including pre-authorized contribution plans. The fund will be terminated on or about August 10, 2017. Unitholders may redeem or switch their holdings in the terminating fund for settlement on or prior to that date.
