Sacks LLP, a chartered accounting and consulting firm, will merge with MNP LLP.

The merger is effective September 1, 2012. The Sacks team of 25 will remain at their current location in North York, Ont. The firm has served the private real estate industry for over 20 years.

Both companies say they were looking for an opportunity to enhance services for real estate clients across Canada.

“The real estate and construction industry has certainly experienced its share of challenges over the past few years,” says Daryl Ritchie, CEO, MNP.

He adds, “Together, our firms can offer more resources and experience to help our clients stay competitive and profitable.”
