Chase Bethel, CFA

Chase Bethel is Equities Analyst, Consumer, Portfolio Management & Research

He is a member of the Equities Research team and is responsible for the fundamental analysis of the North American consumer sector.

Prior to joining CIBC Asset Management in 2016, Mr. Bethel was an equity research analyst at Desjardins Capital Markets, covering special situations companies that included a number of Canadian consumer-related firms. Prior to joining Desjardins, he was an institutional investments analyst at Fidelity Investments Canada.

Mr. Bethel holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder.
