Crystal Maloney, CFA, CPA, CMA

Head of Equity Research

Crystal Maloney is responsible for leading the equity research team and their development of actionable investment recommendations including proprietary ESG analysis. She also oversees the active management of Core Equity, Socially Responsible, and Sustainable Equity mandates.

Prior to joining CIBC AM in 2014, Ms. Maloney held the positions of Portfolio Manager at OtterWood Capital Management and Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at AEGON Capital. She has also worked at BMO Capital Markets as an equity research associate with a focus on the financial services sector.

Ms. Maloney holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. She is also a CPA, CMA, and CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Toronto.
